About Wood Saw Dust

Mar 14, 2023

Sawdust refers to the powdery sawdust of the tree itself that is scattered from the tree during sawing. Wood processing takes wood as raw material and mainly uses mechanical or chemical methods for processing. Its products still maintain the basic characteristics of wood.

In the forest industry, the wood processing industry and the chemical processing of forest products are both follow-up industries of forest harvesting and transportation, and are important departments for the comprehensive utilization of wood resources.

Introduction:

China is a country with underdeveloped forestry resources. In fact, sawdust can be used to develop many products beneficial to people's production and life. Now, many people have also realized this. The use of sawdust has been developed. High-quality sawdust basically comes from Zhejiang Province. For example, the sawdust of Zhejiang Tonglu Qiurong Wood Industry has been widely praised.

Application:

1. Culture at the root of flowers and trees can keep warm, so that flowers and trees can survive the winter safely.

2. Mix the sawdust and human feces and urine, put them in plastic bags, bind the bag mouth tightly, place them at a temperature of 30~35 ℃, and ferment for 1~2 months. Then air it until it is half dry, mix it with the soil, and use it as pot soil to cultivate flowers and trees, which can grow luxuriant branches and leaves, and flowers are beautiful and fragrant; Using it as the nutrient soil for flower seedlings has the wonderful function of promoting the healthy growth of flower seedlings.

3. The fermented and decayed sawdust has comprehensive nutrition, is free from the risk of partial nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium deficiency, and is loose in texture, moderately dry and wet. It is a simple soilless cultivation material, especially suitable for potted asparagus, orchids, etc.

4. Fermentation mattress material.

5. After crushing sawdust, branches, rice husks, bamboo chips, peanut skins, sunflower seed shells, sugar aldehyde residues and crop straws in the north and south, the sawdust, branches, rice husks, bamboo chips, and straw in the south and north are plasticized into mechanical carbon semi-finished raw materials under high temperature and high pressure by the rod making machine, which is an ideal product with low investment and quick effect.

6. Sawdust can also be made into compression plates. These materials are widely used in decoration and furniture. In fact, plywood plywood, large core board and other materials are made from wood sawdust and corner waste, which greatly improves the utilization rate of wood and reduces waste.

7. Sawdust from pine and cypress can be used as fuel for smoked food.

8. In addition to being used as fuel, sawdust can also be placed in the pigsty to make the pigsty clean and sanitary.

9. Sawdust can be used to absorb oil, such as machine repair workers washing their hands. Because the sawdust is not fully burned, it can also be used for paper making, wood planking, disposable wooden chopsticks, etc.

Development:

The wood processing industry has become one of the manufacturing industries with rapid development and good prospects in China, and its growth rate is much higher than the average level of the entire manufacturing industry. According to statistics, from 2001 to 2010, the average annual growth rate of output value of wood processing industry reached 25%, and the average annual growth rate of sales revenue reached 26%. In 2010, the industry achieved a total industrial output value of 674.425 billion yuan, accounting for nearly 2% of GDP. Wood has the advantages of light weight, high ratio of strength to weight, good elasticity, rich and beautiful color of impact resistant texture, and easy processing. It has been listed as an important raw material since ancient times. The wood industry plays a very important role in the national economy due to low energy consumption, low pollution, and renewable resources. The products have developed from the primary processed products of logs, such as poles, pits, sleepers and other sawn timber, to the finished reprocessed products, such as plywood, fiberboard, particleboard and other wood-based panels, thus forming an independent industrial system for the wood industry. In the forest industry, the wood processing industry and the chemical processing of forest products are both follow-up industries of forest harvesting and transportation, and are important departments for the comprehensive utilization of wood resources. [2] Driven by the massive inflow of international capital, China's wood processing industry has developed rapidly and its production capacity has increased rapidly. According to the data, the national sawn timber output in 2010 was 37.2263 million cubic meters; Wood chips and grain processing products 18.7351 million cubic meters; The output of wood and bamboo flooring reached 479 million square meters; In 2010, the output of wood-based panels reached 153.6083 million cubic meters, including 71.3966 million cubic meters of plywood, 43.5454 million cubic meters of fiberboard, 12.642 million cubic meters of particleboard, 27.24 million cubic meters of veneer, and 295 million square meters of wood-based surface decorative panels. During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, China's national economy will still maintain rapid development, and the market capacity of the wood processing industry will also expand accordingly, and the market prospects will be further optimistic.
